In the Fall of 2020, Our Board of Directors initiated the updating of our club's By-Laws. This was recommended by Skate Ontario in order to ensure that our By-laws are in line with what is expected of Not-For-Profit Corporations, under the  Ontario Not For Profit Corporation Act ('ONCA'). 

Over the course of several executive meetings, 3 sets of  proposed By-Law changes were submitted for approval.

Each section and the By-Laws within were approved by The Board & ratified at our Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2021.

During the 2022-2023 season, a few small by-law amendments were proposed and approved. These changes were ratified by our general membership at the AGM held on June 21st 2023.

Over the course of the 2022, 2023 & 2024 seasons, the Board of Directors will be reviewing and updating all of our Club Policies. Existing policies are posted on this page and new versions will be uploaded as they are revised and approved.
