PreCan at WFSC
This is an introduction to skating for our very young (3-4 yr old) skaters. In the PreCan session, our goal is to get the children moving, getting them up on their own and to view skating as a FUN activity. The children are taught in a lightly structured group formation by Club coaches and Program Assistants (PA's), due to the age and ability of the child. We use music and toys to make the session a 'playtime on ice'. Our coaches and program assistants are not there to hold a child or pick them up, but to teach them the techniques for the child to skate independently.
Classes run Tuesday & Thursday Nights (for 20 weeks), between 4:30-5:00pm, starting on October 1st, 2024.
Registration for 2024-25 Season will open up on August 28th, 2024
ICE SHOW this year is on Thursday Feb 27, 2024
More information will be sent through to parents once the season starts.
*Note: WFSC will allow 3 weeks (21 days) from start of programming for families to decide if they want to drop out of the program. After 3 weeks of the program's commencement (October 17th, 2024) no refunds will be issued.
